Epsiode Names

I always wondered where the writers came up with some of the titles to some episodes. Some seem so off the wall and have nothing to do with the subject matter of the episode. Just off the top of my head the two that confuse me the most are "I Dream of Jeannie Cusamano" and "The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti".

So I was wondering if others have a certain title that confuses them the most or if anyone can shed any light on some of the stranger episode names and why they are named like they are.

I just rewatched the Tennessee Moltisanti episode, figured that its named the way it is because Adrianna at one point calls Christopher Tennessee Williams when he is writing his script, so thats that one.
