any suggestions on what gives the best sopranos CRIME family tree?

This is the one i'd prefer to use out of any. Sopranos the Wernick files. Press on Family Tree on the side. This should answer most of your questions hopefully.

Does anyone know what happened to this web page. All of the Wernick Files content is gone, unless I just can't find it.

Yeah, I noticed that all of the "Jeffrey Wernick" content was quietly eliminated from the official HBO site. That's too bad, because I felt all that stuff is what made that site as good as it was. Now, it's just handy for pictures and episode guides.

They've been updated to include Season 5.

Those family trees you provided the links to have a lot of inaccuracies in them, a lot of incorrect and incorrectly-spelled names.
