I have read the positings on this topic, and I agree with everyone, so I will choose a few different ones which I do not think have been posted on this thread.

A quote i like which is not in the trilogy but in the book went somethin like "Accidents dont happen to people who take accidents as personal insults" this would be where the scence when micheal explains how hell kill solozzo and tom would say it wasnt personal it was business, then mike argues and says everything is personal, and that wat made the Don so great, he took everythin personall and then he says that quote.

That has to be the worst line in a film, ever
