Vito takes that honor with four hits. He personally killed:
1. Fanucci
2. Don Ciccio
3. Don Ciccio's henchman (whose throat he cut)
4. Don Ciccio's henchman, Strollo (in the rowboat)
The last two were in the "deleted scenes".
