Who was the third child?

In Godfather II right after the attempt is made on Mike's life in his home, we see a scene with him walking around all disheveled and his family is sitting in the same room. Kay, The Maid, Anthony, Mary, and another child! Who is this third child? Santino's girls are grown up, Connie's kid is also grown up and been in trouble with the law, but this third kid in the room is a small child! Who is she/he?

maybe was the son of tom , u know andrew the priest he appers in gf 3 and have a closer age than mary and anthony, but actually i dont know well, is a suposicion.

Very good guess, he never crossed my mind. That makes total sense.

It very well could have been Tom's son. Anyway, I will never forget the look on Kay's face in that scene.
