... & alleged killer & Colombo associate. The Feds contend that the now 41 year old Colandra carried out the hit on Colomobo soldier John Minerva in '92, at the height of the Colombo mob war. Also killed was Michael Imbergamo, apparantly for simply being in the car with Minerva at the time.

Here's the wierd thing; rather then being charged with the murder, the charge is for lying to Federal investigators about his involvement in the murders, though the Assistant US Attorney emphasised that he lied specifically about his involvement in the violent crimes.

None the less, Magistrate Ramon Reyes adjusted Colandra's bail of half a mil', allowing him to leave the house for two hours each on a Sunday & Monday to, wait for it, coach his sons Little League team. He also asked for & recieved permission to wed his bride in Church last month.
