can they really send this old guy to jail for 10 years?, that is obviously why drug traffickers choose old people to transport the stuff, cause less chance of anyone suspecting he's holding and when he does get busted you gotta think is he really gonna do hard time?... I don't think so.

I'm sure it will depend on his past history of criminal activity...sonny was a lifelong criminal, he had to go to jail.. I'm sure this old guys gonna get some time but 10 years ..come on, can you even put an guy this old in a normal prison in general population?
