Also, if Tony hadnt killed Manny, Gina wouldnt of went histerical, and perhaps she could have provided a kill or two. Also, if Tony had opened the door for Chi Chi, he would of been able to provide his services. So fi Tony had done (or not done) these things, he would of survived the hit and perhaps a Scarface II would have been made. Omerta.
