Furio, I didn't know you were interested or versed in Federal Criminal Law Statues. I'm impressed.
Especially that I know English is not your first language. Let alone being able to navigate the intricacies of Amercian criminal court statues...Bravo!

That's the appeal written by The Twins attorney, Ben Brafman. This is the Courts decision.

Exactly...a "defense" lawyer is always gonna speak and write that way. He's trying to get you out from under and to earn his keep. Otherwise, what the heck do you need him for? Lol

I wonder if mob lawyers like Brafman, Cutler and Shargel are just criminal defense lawyers or both criminal defense AND constitutional lawyers, which would justify their exorbitant rates.
Senter's uncle in his father's side, Henry Robert Sentner(notice the spelling is different), owned and operated the Canarsie Recycling Company at 8029 Foster Ave. The same company that used to pick up boxes filled with plastic bags at Freddy DiNome's garage for disposal at the Fountain Ave dump. He operated Canarsie Recycling until confessing to the kidnapping and murder of Manny Gambino, Carlo's nephew. After Sentner went to prison his nephew, Dominic Vulpis took over and continued to keep Anthony Senter on the union books while in prison, in order to receive a union pension. A court investigator discovered the racket and the union discontinued the account. It is unknown what happened to the $30k in the account and whether it was returned to Vulpis, or will be waiting for Senter if he gets out next year. Robert Sentner was arrested in 2018 for smuggling 35 pounds of weed in his truck while driving through Wyoming, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 5 years probation. His last reported residence was in Myrtle Beach, N.C.
