Like some have mentioned Alan Kaiser is one. Roy Demeo killing Dominick Ragucci is another. Mary Bari is another I can think of with Greg Scarpa. I know it isn’t Italian mafia but Whitey Bulger killed women for sure that we know of. There are a lot of examples of innocents being killed by the mob

Monk Allegretti in Chicago ran child prostitutes and was a seriously sick fuck. A lot of these guys had underage prostitutes working for them - you go back and look at the old cases with Luciano and Costello and these girls are 13 and 14.
