"Private communications of all citizens can be accessed" due to their new law. I would hope they find a way to end the crime problem without doing that. I think Mexico won't do this because of ties to the drug cartels and the government. They could not even hold El Chapo. For a country so poor a as El Salvador, this even sure had no problem affording to pay for tattoos!
