Frank Locascio/ Oranges

Was reading his wiki and it says Gotti got so mad about Sammys oranges story, he tried to get the Aryan Brotherhood to kill him (in jail, obvs).
Find it hard to believe myself,. In fact the whole oranges story was more likely Sammy shit stirring between JG & FL.. we're meant to believe that Frank bawled his eyes out because JG cussed him out.
And this led to SG & FL conspiring to kill gotti ( if they get not guiltys).
Anyone think Gotti tried to get the Aryan Brotherhood to kill FL ?

Went to Locascio wiki as I wondering exactly what he was convicted of.
Says ' racketeering and conspiracy ' charges same as gotti.
Anyone know exactly as I can't see him having anything to do with Castellano hit. never read that he knew what was being planned.
Sammy in ' underboss ' book never mentions him in relation to any of the killings, DiB. Milito, dibono
And he was meant to be quiet in the ravenite room tapings .
Really bad luck and timing that gotti offered him an admin role.
And I bet he thought that even then.

I can believe that Gotti was mad about the fake oranges story. I am suspicious of all the stories that tie mafia members or others to The Aryan Brotherhood. I think The Aryans have become a handy go-to for spicing up any prison story.
Occasionally it is The Mexican Mafia or another prison group, but The Aryans just keep popping up in too many stories.

As for the Castellano hit, Gravano did tell a story, maybe not in the book, that him and Gotti drove by as Castelllano was being shot to supervise, or something along those lines.

Locascio was convicted for his involvement in the murder of Louie DiBono. Many people believe that this was a bad rap.
Supposedly Frankie was in the Cerelli apartment when Gotti talked about why he ordered it,stating that DiBono was killed because he refused to come in when Gotti called him
This would seem to indicate that this was the first that FL heard about it.
Allegedly,prior to the hit,he suggested that Gotti "fine" DiBono for not coming when Gotti summoned him instead of killing him.
Gravano also said the Frankie was not involved,but conveniently left this out when being de-briefed after flipping.
The Bull said he didn't bring it up,because they never asked him.
There are pros and cons to all of this speculation,so I don't know that a definitive finding will ever be known.

Not sure if the oranges story is really true . Would I be surprised if were true? Probably Not. Gotti was notorious with flying off the handle with even minor things.

Like you say, that sounds like gottis telling FL why dibono was killed. Talking in a past tense.
Wouldn't need to say it if FL was also part of the murder plot.

Am I right in thinking that the ' cirrelli ' tapes are public.
None of the clips I've heard have FL saying anything..

Just bad luck that gotti picked him for the admin. Couldn't really turn it down without repercussions.
