Johnny Paps had.such a miserable look most of the time, he was a mean miserable man most of the time big difference from his brothers Frank and Rocco, Rocco was is a jokester and Frank was nothing but class.

Were they not six brothers all together ?

Knew of four of them. There was 1 maybe 2 in Italy.

^^^^
There were six Papalia children, but from what I and others can tell, they didn't all have the same father; maybe not even the same mother.

The male children:

1. John
2. Rocco (married to Jan Anderson)
3. Arcangelo (Angelo) (married to Angeline)
4. Joe
5. Dominic

Antoinette, their sister (stepsister or half-sister to some of the boys?), married Tony Pugliese.

I'm fairly certain none of the six children who were born in Delianuova, in Calabria, continued to live there. I also doubt any of them born there moved to Platì.

antimafia

I found this on Wikipedia, do not know how accurate it is:

Antonio's wife, Maria Rosa Italiano also came from a Mafia family, the Italiano clan, who also participated in Perri's gang.[7] Maria Rosa initially married Antonio's younger brother Giuseppe Papalia Jr., giving birth to two sons in Italy, however when Giuseppe died, she immigrated to Canada with her two sons in 1923 to marry Antonio.[7] Johnny, the oldest brother to Frank, Rocco and Dominic Papalia, half-brothers Joseph and Angelo Papalia, brother-in-law Tony Pugliese, and associates, all worked in running his clubs and gambling operations.[7]

Your correct it looks that there was more than one marriage and there is a sister also.
