Excluding street talk and uncorroborated information, the 2016 indictment showed that the Pasquale Parrello Bronx crew was making enormous bank, had ties from Connecticut to Florida (including Philadelphia boss Joseph Merlino), had an enormous amount of associates, and even enlisted guys from other families, notably the Bonannos and Lucheses. Combined with prior knowledge that the Genovese family is the most stable and potentially strongest of New York's Five, and that the Bronx crew on Arthur Avenue and surrounding areas has always been powerful, I think there is a case to be made that the Genovese family has the most power and influence in the Bronx.
The Lucchese family is also very powerful in the Bronx and I'm pretty sure their administration comes from that region. The Luccheses are smaller and historically less powerful and stable than the Genovese family but the 2017 bust shows that Steve Crea Sr. in particular was into some pretty white-collar shit including the funneling of millions of dollars from a Bronx hospital construction.
The Bonannos have also had a power base in the Bronx for awhile but the indictments of the early-to-mid-2000s led to them losing a lot of power in the region. However, their official boss from prison Michael Mancuso is Bronx-based and recently young Bronx guys have been inducted into the family including Ernest Aiello, John Spirito Jr. (both of whom were acting capos in their 30s at some point in the late 2000s), Enzo the Baker Stagno, and possibly Vincenzo Masi.

Parrello crew of the Genovese gets a nod but is the second powerful crew while Muscarella is the most powerful crew in the Bronx. The Lucchese family is second powerful family in the Bronx and historically the most stable family in New York till the Amuso and Casso era. Third is a tie between the Bonanno and Gambino families.

Sounds about right, Giacomo, and you’re right I should have mentioned that the Luccheses only went into disarray following Amuso and Casso’s reign.

The only recent evidence of the Colombo family in the Bronx is when Dennis DeLucia was charged in 2011 with getting Larry Sessa and Phil to go up there and muscle in on some gambling clubs.

Simone Andolino had some guys in the Bronx and so did the Randazzo crew. Chris Colombo still has an associate in the Bronx. I don't think the Colombos have anyone up their expect some retired associates and members, but as far as activities go, nothing.

I am skeptical of labeling any lcn activity in the Bronx as strong. There are only a handful of tiny neighborhoods that have a "talent" pool: throgs neck, pelham bay and woodlawn. Perhaps a bit in riverdale.

Thete is no neighborhood in the Bronx even remotely similar to howard beach, staten Island, or dyker heights, or north jersey.

That said, there has been a lot of violence there recently.
