Nice find, I thought it was gonna be a rehash of the 4 factions spiel.

George and Dave claimed that there eventually would be tension between them all.
I still haven't watched it but, since they all once where part of the same family essentially, each faction has info that could destroy another.

Moving Nicodemo to Coal Township could just be a reward for good behavior, too, give him a chance to see his kids a little more often. Its only two and a half hours from SP. If they were really trying to flip him, wouldn't they stick him in PC at 7th and Arch?

I agree with Ted. Nothin new here. Just reheated left overs. If the Feds actually had a case against the Philly Mob, why are they looking at the same 20 year old murders? If they had anything real they would have charged them a long time ago. Sounds desperate to me.
