Honestly, I'm tired of this story. I don't really care about this art, but the feds seem obsessed with it.

Philly Natale and merlino gave him and luisi and I think the guy gurrantes there buttons the same day9697 I read somewhere. This is the FBI new hoffa. It will never end. I didn't even no this stupid old guy selling guns again. Ct has strictest guns law in usa. It does sound like entrapment or prosecutor misconduct. Why and where is Bobby luisi he knows if this happens and he would probaly write a book or make one up. Maybe he died.

Luisi is either dead or still serving his drug sentence. Not really sure , heard he died. Don't know how true it is.

I find it on luisi, the rat from Boston

http://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F3/482/43/497256/

Luisi admitted that at one point in his life he had been involved in drug distribution. However, he testified that he stopped his involvement in that business when he joined the LCN in mid-1998, and he gave several reasons for this. At the time Luisi joined, Georgie Borghesi (another LCN captain) and Merlino both told Luisi that he was not to deal drugs. Additionally, Luisi testified that around that time he had a "spiritual encounter," and he realized that his "whole lifestyle was wrong." Because he was an LCN captain, he found it difficult to realize fully his spiritual aspirations, but he testified that he was at least partially able to implement them by ending his involvement with drugs as of late 1998.

Ok I found info

Around 1997, Guarente and Gentile went to work for Robert (Boston Bobby) Luisi, Jr., a recently-named capo in the Philadelphia mafia operating in New England. Mainly, they acted as bodyguards and cocaine distributors on his behalf. Boston Bobby lost his father and brother to a November 1995 mob slaying in a Charlestown restaurant, two of the final victims of the long-ranging conflict that engulfed the Patriarca syndicate throughout the late-1980s and into the early-to-mid 1990s.

Luisi, Jr. met some members of the Philly mob in prison and defected for the offer of being made into La Cosa Nostra, something he failed to do while serving under the Patriarca regime. Initiated into the mafia by Philadelphia LCN boss Joseph (Skinny Joey) Merlino, Boston Bobby was immediately promoted to captain status and allowed to put a crew together to run in Massachusetts. The “Three Bobbys,” Bobby Luisi, Jr., Bobby Guarente and Bobby Gentile were all inducted into the mafia in the same ceremony.

A reliable poster on BHF got a list of names for the Philly Boston induction in 1998 and reached out to Luisi to have the list confirmed. States that Luisi was made with Bobby Gentile, Shawn Vetere, Robert Puleo, Paul Tanso, David Pepicelli and Paul Pepicelli. Luisi was immediately promoted to captain of this new crew. Bobby Guarente was supposed to be made and become Luisi's right hand man but for some reason his induction was delayed and the crew got busted before they could make him
