Nah it's definitely not."official". Unsubstantiated rumors have floated around for years but there has never been any real evidence or anyone coming forward to confirm it. I could cAre less I just feel bad that a dead guy who was a sports handicapping legend can just be disgraced without concrete evidence. In my opinion it's probably baseless

c'mon man, he ran a casino for the mafia. He enjoyed the fruits of all that is evil. How can he be disgraced?

Everything I've read on Rosenthal being a "confirmed" informant leads back to the same Las Vegas Review-Journal article with no primary sources, just three anonymous law enforcement types (who may not even be FBI) saying so.
