Gerard Pappa

First came across his name in Underboss I believe. I've heard The Rampers stories like shoot out with Gallos, and saving Sammys life,that he was involved in windows racket, and that a few crews turned down contract on him. Read the team that got him hid in kitchen of a restaurant, because Pappa never sat with his back to door and was quick and always ready with gun. Also am aware of his sons part in Columbo War. Anyone have any other info on him?

Was it one of Speros he was killed for hitting without permission? I know he was in on quite a few off the record hits and there for his death was often discussed by Genovese's, but they kept him around awhile because he was world-class killer.
