Next Philly Indictment?

Next Philly Indictment? - 08/12/15 11:40 PM

What's everyone's estimation until the next RICO gets handed down?

Let's say Joey is running things and spends half his time in South Philly. I give him 3 years of freedom before they bring a case on him.

What he has working in his favor is the Feds just lost the ligambi trial and have failed to convict Joey on murders before. So I think they'll wait for an air tight cases

What's not working in his favor is literally everything else. He's a lightning rod and he is still ordering hits in the 2000s which really hurts your chances.

The biggest thing Skinny Joey has in my opinion are that his inner circle and basically all the guys who are his administration (Mazzone, Borgesi, Angelina, Johnny Chang, etc) are all boyhood friends that made a pact to EACH OTHER back as teenagers to never dime out one another, that crew is tighter than a vacuum seal in my opinion and they would take a bullet for each other it seems. That crew faced multiple murder charges and didn't dime out each other, so they have stepped up for each other in the past and now that they are in their 50s I don't see them changing their long held ways/beliefs and I don't see them breaking from that pact they made 30 years ago to each other as teenagers.

I also predict that the Feds will FINALLY indict Michael Lancelotti, I mean the guy is a Capo in Philly and he has one measly gun charge that hes been convicted of from back in 1994 and then he flat out beat the Borgata gambling ring case)

Agreed about the snitching thing. Those guys seem really loyal. But, you never ever know.

When these boards first started popping up around twelve or fourteen years ago, Massino was revered by the wannabe crowd tenfold over anyone else. The last true New York boss and all that crap. He'd eat a gun before flipping, yada yada yada.

The day after he flipped, every Monday Morning Quarterback claimed they always had a feeling about the fucking guy. Please. You never know what's going on in someone else's head, especially when you're dealing with people who lie, cheat, steal and kill for a living.

So true Dante , they do not dime each other. But you guys have been finding all this info and pictures of Skinny in the short time he has been back and off restrictions he is hanging with guys from Florida and guys out of that circle that you mentioned.

The guy just live in the pen ,I hope he is not getting sloppy like many have.
Also who is this Florida crew ,does any of them have blood back to Philly or New York ?

@Serp- I know two of his FL guys are Philly guys... One is Chris DelBrocco he's the son of Louis DelBrocco who was an associate you might remember. Other is named Vinny and I know he's from PHL but can't remember last name. Couple others as well... I think Donnie Petullo's kid might be doing stuff for Joey but I haven't been able to confirm that one.

Today's ATMs are a nice low risk racket

They in areas where people need cash for certain kinds of fun

And they whack you 10% of withdrawl ( high fees a good indicator the bar is involved

Very little work that kicks out decent margins

Re: Next Philly Indictment? - 08/23/15 07:52 PM

I just got out of Logan pickup couldn't find the right terminal. So this subject makes me think bet the feds are done with the philly mob that last bullshit indictment was a bad look for them the jury didn't believe there witnesses the boss and his nephew walked just a big waste of time and all the cops and politians new it. No one got any promotions out of that or a good name. This home grown terrorist shit put merlino and crew on the back burner for like Roger gordell put Rayrice+ A.P indiffintly or what ever the fucks the word. Philly got a big Muslim population so theres that. Unless Joe n mazzone giftwrap it the feds probaly say leave it alone until so murders happen and that nicodemo case went real cold. Side note any philly guys think Obama pardons long johns kid on the way out. Longest probaly time served for marijuana trafficking.

Re: Next Philly Indictment? - 08/23/15 07:54 PM

You no what probaly came out the last philly indictment the prosecutors joining the defense lawyers bar to start making some of that DUI/drug trafficing moola.

Everywhere they put an ATM, the store, bar, or whatever gets a piece. They are privately owned and funded with your own money. They have 10 -20 grand in those things and most guys fund it with home equity loans. Its a bitch to empty and fund because of robbery threats. Gotta do it at different times so there is never a pattern or you will get robbed.
Lets say you have one in a convenience store and you charge $2.50 per transaction. You keep $2 and the store owner gets .50 cents.
If its a hot store, you can do pretty well until the store owner asked for a 5000 dollar loan and he will pay you back by him letting you keep his .50 cent cut until he pays it off. If its a hot spot you are going to loan him the cash.
You have to have a shit load of locations and they are mostly all taken up. The money was made in the early 90's.

Re: Next Philly Indictment? - 08/24/15 06:29 PM

Makes sense. Never new its a racket that can be profited by anyone else except big bank. So that shady strip club down my street that one time I took 40 bucks out the ATM and it charged me 10 bucks goes right back to the owner and some connected guys.

Re: Next Philly Indictment? - 08/24/15 08:20 PM

you know why there cant be any indictments in philly the feds have to stop worrying about merlino and watch weirdos online like these to hicks from iowa that drove to boston to shoot up the pokemons championship over the weekned. some how the boston police stoped a fucking massacre, these guys had huge guns. talking on a message board about taking everyone out.

@JimmyGent - now that is interesting to me... Where did you get that? The Petullos are from Philly and those kids grew up in Philly for most part so just wondering where that came into play?

Comn man, philly is next to jersey. It comes hand to hand. Just like in new york. You got 5 families growing up together. I might be wrong, but i thought joey petullo was wit the genoveses when they got busted in like 07' mayb 08. He was a puppet on an extortion charge. I dont think it had anything to do wit joey. Lol. Danny leo was the main guy
