Joel cacace in the scarpa interview

When you watch the scarpa interview "bad blood" there is a member of the colombos who is a scarpa rival that is hidden and from what i can see it could be a wig but there is longer hair and cacace was an orena faction member. Did anyone else think that was him? I read i think in deal with the devil they were rivals. Best part is when he says "theres no candy store gangsters ill tell ya that much" im using that quote in a metal song im writing lol
