Organised crime squads

Does anybody have an information on the 5 FBI squads that went after each family? Who were there leaders and how many members did they have? Interesting to know if there was any rivalry between the squads wanting to be the first to crippled the family they were hunting

The most famous one is a Bruce Mouw. He ran the Gambino squad and put away Gotti. He appears in a lot of documentaries. Very straight faced and serious looking guy.
