Nicky Scarfo Jr Questions

Nicky Scarfo Jr. was born in 1964, when his father wasn't yet the philly boss.
He wouldn't seem to be following in the footsteps of his father, but then in the mid-80s began to be involved and even made in the family.
After his father is sentenced in 1989, when was eating at an Italian restaurant a man with a mask of Batman shoots him with a MAC 10. He saves, but must run in New Jersey.
The knowledge of his father make that in 1990 or 1994 to become a made men of the Lucchese family Jersey Faction and so to be able to protect themselves from assassination attempts.

I would have now questions:

When he became a made man in the Luccheses?
Which consideration had of him? was considered a great erner?
According to wikipedia he ruled the Jersey Faction from 2005 to 2007 before being demoted.
It's true? Why has been demoted?
It's true that he tried to regain control of the philly mob?
Scarfo jr has ties with the made men in philly?

He went with the Lucchese's at the behest of his father and as a favor from Vic Amuso ( very close friends of nicky sr).
Nicky had his son move out of philly and up to north jersey where he stayed under the watchful eye of the newark crew of philly after he was shot.. After some doscontent between scarfo and some of the newer guys on the street in philly, Nicky jr went with the Lucchese's for protection against any anti scarfo guys in philly and as i said, a favor from Amuso.
Make no mistake, Nicky jr was an earner and he will stand up straight like a phone booth.
Since Amuso is almost out of the picture, the bronx guys who now have the power in that family decided a north jersey guy should run the north jersey crew; Ralphie Perna. Ralph was kicking up a lot and that was another reason. Still, im sure he complained to the bronx guys that a philly guy should not be running the show in north jersey, bronx guys listened and logic prevailed. Scarfo jr gets demoted. If vic amuso was still significant, that aint gonna happen. It does'nt , so what does that tell you about vic?????

Did he try and gain control of the Philly mob?

In jest, he supposedly said he can go back to philly. Perna just used that as an excuse and that was the excuse the bronx needed. I doubt anyone believed he would do it.
Im quite sure every wise guy in NYC has thought about taking over Philly since if you think about it, it would be very easy to do.

Scarfo Jr. had been acting as the area family's heir apparent, law-enforcement sources said.

What kind of relationship did Daidone & Crea have seeing as Crea was made acting boss and then Daidone took over as acting boss when Crea was sent to prison, and seeing that - philosophically - they were on opposing sides when Daidone was an Amuso loyalist and Crea was an agitator.

Where would Daidone have factored in today if he never went down for life and both guys were on the street?

P.S. When was Daidone's mugshot taken and does anyone have any other pictures of him?

In Anastasia's book, "Last Gangster", he talks about how Scarfo, Jr and I believe Horsehead beat Marty Angelina with bats on the order of Scarfo Sr. If true, what why was the order given? Not much ever written about this. Anyone have any details? (again if true). Thx!
