southside chicago mayor a gangster disciple

I heard the mayor of harvey il, eric kellogg, is a gangster disciple. He protects the gd's and most of his family members are gd's. Can anybody shed some light on this? Scorscese maybe?

I don't know about any gang connections except there was this story recently.Note the name Willie Lloyd the 3rd.

The city of Harvey is paying $1.4 million to settle a lawsuit accusing Mayor Eric Kellogg and a police detective of sending a man to prison because they wrongly thought he stole cocaine from them.

The plaintiff, Javon Patterson, agreed to receive $60,000 within the first month of the settlement and the rest within three months of the Feb. 6 deal.

In exchange, Patterson agreed to dismiss Kellogg and the detective, Hollis Dorrough Jr., as defendants in the 2010 federal lawsuit. The city of Harvey was left as the sole defendant on a claim of malicious prosecution.

Patterson and his attorneys, Steven Becker and Robert Stephenson, agreed they would not make any disparaging comments about the city of Harvey or the former defendants, according to a court transcript.

The lawsuit said Willie Lloyd III asked Patterson to help steal cocaine from Dorrough in early 2006, but Patterson refused. Lloyd then stole the cocaine himself in February 2006 and asked Patterson to help process it into crack cocaine, but he again refused, the lawsuit said.

In March 2006, the FBI approached Patterson to wear a wire against Dorrough but he was too afraid to do it, according to the lawsuit.

The following month, Lloyd was killed in a shooting that remains unsolved. A few weeks later, Harvey police arrested Patterson on a false gun charge, the lawsuit said. At the Harvey police station, Kellogg questioned him about the missing drugs, the lawsuit said, then the mayor allegedly became angry, saying “N----, where’s my f------ cocaine?”

Patterson was convicted of being an armed habitual offender and served more than two years in prison before prosecutors dismissed the charges against him.

Dorrough was fired after he was convicted of official misconduct in 2009 and sentenced to three years in prison. Prosecutors said Dorrough improperly returned a seized gun to the father of a drug suspect. Dorrough claimed Kellogg ordered him to give the father the gun, but Kellogg was not accused of wrongdoing in the case.

Kellogg remains the mayor of Harvey, but recently announced his retirement as superintendent of Harvey Public School District 152.

Wow. Imagine Capone being mayor of Cicero or Chicago. This Mayor Kellogg sounds pretty horrible. If Eric Holder hadn't been the Attorney General I'm sure the feds would have gone after him too.

Not many gd's in harvey? Harvey is all gd's and latin kings? Cookcounty, go to 150th and dixie, the trailer park is a war zone. Kings vs gd's. Gang bangers get shot everyday. Also, go to east harvey by 157th and halsted. The train tracks divide the kings and gd's.
Everything west of the tracks is gd's
