Hold up, my friend... Comiskey Park resides in the beautiful south side neighborhood of Bridgeport. The home of my beloved White Sox. Yes, I realize some of you hipsters refer to it as US Cellular Field but faithful and devoted true fans will never call it mobile phone park. We also still call it The Sears Tower, not Willis, Macy's is just a front for Marshall Fields and Trump can take his ego and sign back to New Yawk! I hear what your saying JJB but I doubt the owner was involved but if he had insurance that scenario would be much more likely , basically an insurance scam . Owner gives tip for a cut , thieves take the rest , owner then reimbursed 100% by insurance ( less his deductible ) .
The owner was responding to crime insurance and in that business , crime insurance may just be the most important insurance . It's possible the owner pissed someone off and the heist was made to teach him a lesson ( not paying extortion , late on gambling debt etc.) but I doubt it , he was probably just stupid .
