Philly and DeCavalcante Families Chp-11 - 05/20/14 09:50 AM

So from all the information on the internet and stuff it looks like these Families have little or nothing left. Does anyone know what is keeping these Families going and who are the big earners in these Families?

There has continued to be a steady stream of identifiable activity involving the Philadelphia family. You had the big bust back in 2011. Before that you had the "Delco Nostra" and Borgata casino busts in 2008. Lots of other minor cases in there as well.

The DeCavalcantes much less so. While there have been some relatively minor cases here and there since, the last significant case was the big bust back in late 1990's and early 2000's.

Both are among the handful of remaining small families outside New York. I'm not ready to write either off yet. Certainly not Philadelphia. DeCavalcantes appear to be closer to that.

Why do you always make everything about Chicago when this topic has nothing to do with the outfit.

^^^^^He likes doing that, he's leaving his mark. You know when you walk a dog and it smells another scent of a dog and it has to piss on the same spot to mark it's territory. You follow me?

The GD & BD run Chicago now. The Outfit no longer exists.

Thanks guys for the info. I just wonder what the decavalcante family do to put money in the coffers today. I think local 394 has been taken off them, which seemed to be the prime source of their strength.
