Victor Romano - Genovese Solider

Was watching the Stu Ungar Story and was curious to see if anyone knew more on Victor Romano. He was made out to look like a high profile solider, possibly jewish? Was wondering who is capo was in the Genovese Family or if anyone had any other info. thanks.

Where is Victor Romano from? What borough. There was a Genovese soldier named William Romano hit in Brooklyn in 2009:
