Katosh Pantoliano (Joe's Cousin) Robs Card Games - 09/20/11 11:03 PM

Sorry if this was posted by someone else I while back (its from June but I seemed to have missed it)

Apparently a cousin of Soprano's actor Joe Pantoliano, one Katosh Pantoliano, was part of a non-connected crew that robbed a number of connected card games.

Considering what happened to Tom and Rosemarie Uva in 92, almost a crime of stupidity. Guess the mob aint what it used to be.

Does anyone else find it ironic that he's accused of doing pretty much the same thing that Ralphy Cifaretto did and inspired Jacky Jr to do?

That's a shame. You're right, you would think the Rosemarie Uva murder really sent a message considering she was a woman, there's absolutely zero tolerance in the mob for this kind of crime. Hope it doesn't stress Joe out too much. I know quite a few bipolar people, and he's the most responsible about treating himself for the sake of his family. Good guy.

I wouldn't be surprised if he got the idea from The Sopranos. Look at what Lillo Brancato did after playing a minor role for under a year. I'm sure it can get to you, and Ralph was huge when he was on the TV. So by association, I can see Katosh thinking he's hard ever since.

Wrong again papi. This guy has already served nine years in prison, since he's 32 now, I can assume this stretch was done ten plus years ago, meaning it predates Joe Pantoliamo being on the sopranos since the sopranos started in 99' and Joe came on the show in the mid 2000's. Of course you aspire to be a federal agent so why let facts get in the way of a good story. Keep watching untouchables, better to be in fantasy land. There are things growing in my refrigerator that are smarter.

Excuse me? And just who are you Palomita? Sounds like you've held resentment for me for some time, in which case you could have called out anything I said in the past few months. By now your unexplainable anger has been reduced to incoherent rambling. Go away.

Thank you Mickey for all the threads recently. Learning a lot.

I dont understand these people who cannot state an opinion without being rude and resorting to childish insults and abuse.

What have you got against BarrattM, Palomita? He's actually a pretty cool guy, an insightful poster with some admirable aspirations. Is it the fact that he wants to work for the feds one day that grinds your gears?

Besides; sure Katosh served an earlier sentance, but these heist and robbery charges are from pretty recent. Well after Soprano's had finished. Considering what alot of these guys are like...

I 've got nothing against this guy except for the fact that people on here have got him thinking he knows what's he's talking about and he talks speculatively as if it's fact. Case in point concerning Katosh. Guy doesn't impress me with his opinions and I let him know it.

Oh and his FBI aspirations are pathetic. Just another empty suit. FBI=for big idiots with egos. No honorable man/boy would aspire to be an agent.

What do you do for a living, Palomita?

Barrett's a 16 year old kid, and he seems to be goal oriented already. What could possibly be wrong with that?

While I'm no fan of the way the Feds operate at times, their agents are all well educated. It's not like years ago; a good percentage of Federal agents are attorneys in their own right today.

Egos? Yes.

Idiots? I don't think so.

Well this 16 year old kid might impress you but he doesn't do anything for me. Don't like it when people who haven't lived life start spouting off about things they don't know about. I'm 20+ years older than this kid and my opinions are measured. Wouldn't say a guy who has done almost a ten year bid, Katosh Pantoliano, is "acting" tough. Just a stupid comment by some kid who has seen public enemies/untouchable one too many times.

Oh and I work in accounting. I also have a college degree, and most of my classmates were idiots so FBI agents having college degrees does not mean they're not idiots.

No personal attacks towards other members, Palomita. Looking for a suspension?

I think it depends more on who gets robbed, if there will be deadly payback or not !!
