He was a long time Genovese member who was still active in his 90's and was involved in the 2007 Ruggiero crew bust in Florida.

Funnily enough, I remember reading about a mob hit being planned by a couple guys with an average age of 90 or something. Mean old assholes!

Funny thing is, even in recent years Chinky actually said he was still willing to do hits. But, if I remember the article I read correctly, Buster Ardito said that kind of stuff was for guys a little younger. LOL.

Fish Cafaro later said in a wiretap that Chinky was a miserable guy who thinks he should have been Boss of the family but the truth was that he couldnt even shine the Chin's shoes.
