In Brasco's book he states Lefty was missing a few days and when he got in touch with him Lefty told him they did a favor for the comission. This was before they wacked the three capos. I have been trying to find the book do I can quote it but can not find it. I seem to remember Lefty telling Brasco that the comission was happy and was turning the family over to Rastilli. Lefty was real happy.

I suspect this is a reference to killing Carmine Galante.

This favor was done a few weeks before the capos died.
