Who doesn't spend a night in jail?

I'm looking for a American mob-boss (or other major crime figur) who doesn't spend a night in jail.....

I cant think of any New York mob boss who doesn't...

I think Tony Accardo never spent a day in jail during his long career.

Did Paul Castellano spent a lot of time in prison? I cant find a lot of info on that.

Not a lot. Castellano was arrested and convicted of an armed robbery as a young man. He also spent several months in jail on contempt of court charges stemming from his arrest at the famous Apalachin meeting of 1957. He was released when a judge vacated the contempt citations of all those who were held for refusing to talk to a grand jury. After that, he maintained a solid "legitimate" front in the wholesale meat and poultry business.

Joe Profaci never spent a night in an American jail. He did spent a year in a jail on Sicily...

I dont know if Mayer Lansky was a New Yorker but I know he didnt spend any time in jail.

Thats not entirely true.

Lansky was arrested and jailed in the 70's (in Florida) by federal agents. Very much like the Hyman Roth assassination scene, federal agents met Lansky's plane upon its return to the U.S. and immediately arrested Lansky.

In the 50's he also spend a few months in jail for illegal gambling
