What is your fav movie based on a true story

My fav movie based on a true story would have to be Blow. I thought it was great another rise and fall movie that hits home to me since i have two little girls and could not image a world with out them. and Johnny Depps acting was great. as well. if any one has not seen I say check it out I do not think you will be disapointed. and if you do have the dvd check out the special features it has interviews with the real George Yung..

Kill Bill 2 (just kidding). My favorite true story would be either Goodfellas or Schindler's List

I would have to say Goodfellas and, to a lesser extent, Casino.

schindler's list for sure. and maybe braveheart(though it's not exaclty 100 percent accurate).

I don't know why so many people love Donnie Brasco. Don't get me wrong, I love Pacino & have much respect & admeration for Depp, but I've seen this movie twice already & both times it just didn't do it for me.

Donnie Brasco has one of my favorite openings. The song "Donnie and LeftY" is beautiful.

Wonderland is based on a true story did any of you get to check it out I thought it was ok. it's about the wonderland muders that took place back in the 70's i think. The famous porn guy John Holmes had some part in the muders.

City of glod I have never seen is it any good

Yeah it's pretty good. Violent, but good. I didn't think it wasn't as GREAT as people claimed it was, but I did enjoy it.

City of God's direction was excellent and told a gripping story of the hoods of Rio.

City of God is amazing.. extremely violent and a bit disturbing at times, but still amazing.

I agree great film. You get used to the subtitles just Like GF2 easy to follow story.

Blow is a good one.
