No, I have never seen it. Paul Muni plays the title character.

Yes, I watch it every now and then because since last year I'm studying crime films and this one happens to be on the list.

What do you want to know abt it exactly ?

Yes, it's good for what it represented back then and it's very different from the remake with Pacino.

The original Scarface is a classic. It stars Paul Muni and Douglas Fairbanks Jr. Also includes Boris Karloff. This is a must see film.

I agree! You'll see another side of Karloff (a truly great actor) that was all but lost after he got into horror films. Plus, George Raft, eternal gangster actor and Bugsy Siegel's great pal, is in it, too. Paul Muni turns in a colorful performance (watch him with his new toy, the Tommygun) as a Capone-like character. But, IMO, the all-time greatest film Capone was Rod Steiger.
