I thought GF3 was a(n) (unintentional) Mafia parody.

Innocent Blood starring Anne Parillaud ,Chazz Palminteri, Robert Loggia, Tony Sirico, and Anthony LaPaglia probably qualifies. There are a few others that I can't recall now but they were EXTREMELY low budget..
