Starring Russell Crowe-Nazi skinheads in Melbourne take out their anger on local Vietnamese, who are seen as threatening racial purity. Violent drama that lacks any moral perspective whatsoever, with only the stylistic approach to get it by, but even this is sadly lacking.

I saw it for sale on dvd for 7$ Canadian at a gocery store a while back. I want to see it though.
