Cannibis!

Id like to get a nice conversation going here. What is you guys's opinions of the use of cannibis? Is it immoral? Should it be legalized? Sold to the public or just for medical use? Punishment for possesion? Or cultivation? I would love to hear some thoughts on this.

Personally, i dont really care if its legalized, but it should be de-criminalized. Treat it like alcohol, no public consuption, no driving. Although i drive just fine, but the insurance cartels will be sure to lobby their way into making liberal law makers submit to their demands. Rat bastards. But it is all insignifacant seeing as we move according to the whims of the great magnet.

Legalize it, it's much safer than alcohol..

Yea i was blazed when i first typed that.

Washington state was the best place for weed hands down. I could get a 8th of strong, STRONG ass loud for 25 bucks, where here a good deal is 60. Now that the state runs it, the price is going up and the thc product is going down. The fuckin gov ruins everything.

Legalize it. One thing though, I would say weed is one of the most overrated things ever, I been to Amsterdam, tried loads of different types, but its no big deal. Movies and TV make it look like its some trip but its kind of average really.

the fact that a harmless plant is still illegal in most parts of the country really shows where our priorities are, as it seems the refer madness still hasn't worn off totally, although washington and colorado are leading the common sense charge. its funny that while the feds claim that cannibis has no accepted medical value, they still have a few patients who recieve it federally. even more funny is that there is virtually no research done thanks to the silly people at the DEA who keep it that way for the soul purpose of keeping themselves employed, pretty disgusting.

In the south, people are really backwards compared to here. Conservative to say the least, theres no way they will agree to legalize any drugs. I lived in a county that didnt sell alcohol by the drink, or liquor at all. Ppl still look at weed on the same level as coke or meth, maybe one step down. But parents and authorities are completely ignorant about it. I remember the sheriff made a speech about how pot ruins your life. He tried using Bill Clinton as an example lol.

i love to cook, and have lots of great recipes, so i thought i would share one more appropriate to the discussion at hand, and for the more health conscious individuals here who don't wanna damage their lungs by smoking. try a kief hot chocolate

very easy, simply take the same amount of whole milk that you would use to make a single packet of hot chocolate, plus a little extra to account for evaporation. it must be whole milk though, as the higher fat content is needed to absorb more of the goodness. just heat up the milk slowly to a simmer over low heat, being careful not to scorch. depending on tolerance, add between 1/2 to 1 gram of kief. simmer for 25-30 minutes, making sure to keep an eye on it, stirring constantly. add you hot chocolate mix, and get ready for the ride!

-note, not for beginners at all, and make sure that you don't have anything important to do for 24+ hours if you go with the higher dose

Nicky- I guess the main reason i smoke is to just relax, or before i sleep. Not really to get so high i cant function. But it just disagrees with some people.

Legalize it. It's probably less harmful than alcohol. All the brouhaha over "medical" marijuana just leads to hypocrisy and cheating.

as for the whole gateway drug theory, i don't put much stock into that. its definatly true for some, but not all. the problem is, when you look at someone hooked on the harder shit like pills or heroin, its true that the majority of them probably started with weed. the thing is, they neglect to mention the HUGE number of people who started with pot but never moved on to the other stuff. as for those of you claiming it overrated, that might be because you are either smoking the wrong stuff, or are just smoking too god damn much! its best enjoyed occasionally when all the work is done imo, not all day everyday. take a few weeks off every now and then you savages!

Weed is not a gateway drug. Saying a coke head started with weed is like staying an alcoholic started with milk.

Oh wow man,like this thread is like really heavy, y' know?I havent had any since I didn't inhale back in the 60's but I think it should be legalized, taxed and regulated (kinda like guns!). Its a good cash crop and I think legalizing it would bring more revenue into the system, help eliminate the prison-war-on-drugs nonsense, and reduce the number of "criminals" who in fact just smoke the stuff.
