January Sucks

It's bad enough that it's cold and miserable, but I can't even AFFORD to be cold and miserable. I just got my gas and electric bill, and it was $850!! On top of that, the Christmas bills have arrived, and they're depressing. AND my taxes are due next Wednesday, which went up $600 for a grand total of $6400. And that's just my Town/County tax bill. The school tax bill doesn't come until September!!!

I just figured that I would start this as a "bitching" thread. Feel free to join in the whining and complaining.

I left behind all those Rockland County, Orange and Rockland Bills for......the same crappy bills of Atlantic County, South Jersey Gas, Atlantic City Electric, etc., etc. A little cheaper but not much. This is a sucky couple of months. Oh, BTW, we had 4" of snow this afternoon. Madone!

We got 1" or 2" of snow today. The roads are icier than my boss's heart. I spun my truck around earlier going to the store. I spun back around and drove my hind parts back home.

I don't blame January, though. January is my birth month, which therefore makes it the greatest month of the year.

Haven't seen you in awhile XDCX. You're still in Maryland then?

It's Summer here.But I'm actually looking forward to Winter.Can't stand the heat.Must be my European blood.

Well at least January is almost over. A little closer to Spring time. I'm probably jinxing myself but while it is cold and miserable here also Winter hsn't been that bad. At least snowfall wise.
