injektilo* - Five years gone!

Hi all,

By the looks of it, most of you won't know me! I posted here a fair bit a while ago. In fact, i just checked and it will be five years in April! The place sure has changed!

I was interested to see what has happened in that time, so I logged in and started looking around. A few memories flooded back of the people I used to post with. I notice a few still here, J Geoff, SC and TIS all have huge post counts now - way to go!!

It's a stretch to remember all the names, but some of the people I remember talking with most were:

Guineapig
Ricardo

There were others, but my memory is bad! In fact I think I remember real names better, Roxanne, Adam, Jacob, damn my memory is failing!

I too remember you. I wouldn't have remembered your face until SC posted your picture and refreshed my memory. How are you? Nice to see you back.

The members you mentioned, I haven't seen around for a while, with the exception of Turi who, although hasn't posted a lot lately, is still around. I can't speak for the others.

Anyway, welcome back and hope to see more of you.

There was a person on here who was a blatant fascist, racist. Very articulate person who would philosophically expound. The name escapes me. In my unsheltered existence I found the person scary.

Yes, unfortunatley that picture is me, though I believe it was a few years old when I posted it, so it's at least 7 years old now! The tipped hair dissapeared a long time ago!

Beth - Hi! Gee you've stuck around for the long haul too! Haven't seen Uzi, though I would love to know what he is up to these days. His 'Uzi's ruminations' or whatever they were called were always enjoyable reading!

Yeah, Gunineapig could be pretty extreme but I always thought he was just pushing the boundries. He was a good guy. I guess he just wasn't quite as skilled at pushing those boundries as Uztopoke!

I agree with Saladbar that Marycas may be talking about Joseph. He said some interesting things. He changed his name a few times, did he become or was mistersixer? I can't remember.

It's a shame so many people have left, I thought LDV would be here forever! I checked out the old Scarface board and no one has posted there in 12 months! Though I guess for the safety of mankind, that's a good thing!!

Oh well, I might stick around for a little and see what else is happening! It's great to be back!

Hi De Niro! Good question? I guess I got absorbed with work and drifted away from the BB. I got married and bought a house etc which kind of fills in your days a bit more! In fact since I last posted I have:

Got married
Bought and sold my first house
Bought my second house
Bought four cars (though not all at once!)
Changed jobs 4 times (Though all in the same company)
Joined two other forums and left one of them

Kind of sums it up i guess! What has everyone here been up to? Has anything exciting happened here?

Since it is a person from past, it rules out quite a few names which come to my mind immediately I then thought of Signor Sole Aumentante or some such name which I am too lazy to search now. I remember reading his posts when I newly joined the board. I hope he isn't a lurking member now or posting in Godfather forums which I visit once in 3 months or I am running for cover
