One Hell Of A handsome Guy!!

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 12/31/06 02:56 AM

"He's got weight in his face...gravity."

In other words...he's old.

Personally, I don't care for Pacino's 'current' look. I think he was far more attractive during the 70's when he wasn't trying to be sexy.

If there's one thing I've learned about women, it's the tremendous variance among them regarding the attractiveness of men. You and Bryn - go ahead and list your top five or ten attractive guys. It would be interesting to compare.

I'm not being gross or anything.

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/01/07 08:44 PM

How about your top five then? I heard one women on TV comment about Richard Gere's hands. Is it a body part thing? I have five daughters. I've asked them the same question from time to time and they all answer the same: I don't know!

You mean to say that all of you guys have absolutely identical opinion regarding the attractiveness of women?
Posted By: olivant

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/01/07 11:50 PM

Well, it all depends on what you mean by attractiveness. When I was single, I had my priorities when it came to selecting females. But I was prepared to take what I could get.

From my experience, women are much more selective than men. I appreciate a womean's intellect, sense of humor, etc. But, unless I was thinking long-term, I wasn't all that picky.

Among those you probably know, I would name
1. Al
2.young Michael J Fox
3. Hugh Grant
4 Colin Firth sometimes...
Can't think of fifth.

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/02/07 04:48 PM

Although they're getting a bit older, I would still have to top my list with John Travolta and Kurt Russell. And, naturally, Derek Jeter. At least he's still in his 30's!!

Hugh Grant? Please explain that one!

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/02/07 11:29 PM

Nah,Hugh Grant is not my thing.
Young Micheal J is beautiful.
I liked Rutger Hauer when he wasn't bloaded,
and I like Jean Claud Van Dam (can't remember how to spell it!)
I had a huge crush on Liam Neeson, and James Woods,
and I like that dude in those imac commercials...he's a cutie.
Posted By: olivant

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/03/07 12:42 AM

That's quite a range. But, James Woods?

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/03/07 05:37 PM

I know what it is: it's the exponential number of lines in his face.

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/03/07 07:09 PM

Well as a younger man I'm fortunate to know that when I'm 66 it's still possible that young women may find me attractive.

Unfortunately, there are not any 66 yr old women who guys lust for in the way that the ladies of the BB lust for Al.

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/03/07 07:28 PM

Sophia Loren and Raquel Welch are both in their 60's and still both beautiful AND sexy.

Don't get me wrong SB, I think they are beautiful too and I could think of lots more than just those two. However, they don't have the same kind of appeal that Nicholson or Pacino etc do with their younger sexual counterparts.

We see lots of 40 yr old males who marry 20 yr old females but virtually none vice versa.

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/03/07 09:13 PM

Yes I do have a taste for older men,not like geezers or anything!
But if they look just right, and those lines are in the right spots, then heck yeah, older man are sexy.
There's nothing wrong with that!
I also like the guys that look like they are 40,but thier hair is all white. Silver Foxes. And yes I think Hugh Grant looks better these days, because he has aged a bit.
A lot of men only look better with age.

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/05/07 01:05 AM

Well, the little icon that looks like a piece of paper with shapes
does it. It's above your text area.
Just click that, and it will ask you to type in URL of that image.
Once you've done that, just click ok,and it should pop up.
Some of them won't show up,and that's 'cause this site can't link
to the site with the image. But most of the time it works. And of course, always preview your post first when posting an image.
I look everywhere for good pics, and pick the ones I like

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/06/07 02:10 AM

I can't believe you women go through this triage of appraisal of men.

When I look at a woman, I use one criteria: is she breathing!

I still don't believe that you can love, even like, all breathing female creatures in this world.
BTW we had a nice thread "Male hotties", where I posted some of my favourites.

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/06/07 10:20 PM

Well maybe it's much to say men like or love all women. I just think our criteria by which we judge the opposite sex is much more relaxed and flexible than a woman's. To me there are women who are hotter than other women, but still I will give those less hot women alot of attention.

Re: For the ladies...Al Pacino - 01/07/07 06:25 AM

Perhaps women are pickier than men, because one day most of us will have children, and even though we don't realize it,were'e carefully choosing who could be worthy of planting seeds...
That is demeanor,personality,ect. But meh,whaddo I know
