Well since Elvira's womb was so polluted from all the powder and I'm sure she abused many other drugs, codienes, ritalin etc because she was a fuck head, she was unable to have kids. However I could imagine Tony having a love child with his sister.

err no he was jus very protective of her and his aggressive nature sometimes did not express his pure love for her as a brother.

As any older brother will tell you, we are all protective of our little sisters.
