Did Tony and Omar know something was up?

After Sosa gets the phone call and is informed that Omar is a "stoolie",as they go to leave and they both look at Sosa's men standing there,you notice that Omar looks a little worried.Then Sosa says "why don't you leave him here....(talking about Tony), and Tony is keen to stay.(besides the fact he could talk more business).

What do you guys think?

Yeah he obviously knew something's up, whether it be he was being excluded from an important business convo or he was found out to be a "stoolie".
