what ever happened to the guy sitting next to omar

just wondering...has anyone noticed that the guy sitting next to omar in the car..(before he tells tony to pick up the two kg from the colombians)dissapears from the movie...you never see him again..i think his name was waldo or something

He was probably a button man. There are most likely a lot more men in Frank's crew, we as viewers only focus on Tony, Manny, Oscar, and ChiChi.
