Yes of course green tea is good for the weight loss and fitness purposes.
It burns the fat quickly and controls the cholesterol level that leads to good heart health and weight management.
For the heart patients it is more recommended diet because it reduces the risk of the heart stroke.

My wife drinks it, I have to be honest, I think it might possibly taste like piss. I say think because to the best of my knowledge I don't think I have ever drunk piss.....
