Shinobido: The way of the ninja

I am playing Shinobido, you know the ninjas were like the japanese mafia in the past, in fact, the Yakuzas are regarded as "modern" ninjas because they keep ninja skills, of course, they don´t wear mask but....

Well, I need help, does anyone here play Shinobido for PS2? I need to know how to mix the things( I don´t know how to say this in english) of speed, strenght, and others? How to mix things of confussion, weakness and others?
