Yeah, that's what I figured... I was trying to recall a scene which featured those two. Must've been when Tony was meeting Phil somewhere and those two are their respective drivers. They certainly don't have any scenes together where they have any dialogue or anything. "Muscles Marinara" wasn't around for very long before he was unceremoniously just gone from the show.
