I don't know about the actor contracts, but I don't think Furio is coming back.
Then again, he may surprise us, team up with the Russian commando from Pine Barrens, and whack Tony in the final episode.

If I'm not mistaken, the lake was actually in Canada. However, I don't know the name of it.
I don't know about Furio, but I think it'd be interesting if he did come back.
