Real World vs Tony's Fantasy

What are some similarities between Tony's near death experience and his real life? No explanation/interpretion is required but of course is welcome.

Some I noticed were

Crystal Monestary /Christopher Moltisanti

Monks were suing Finnerty over a heating unit / Carmela complaining about how cold the room was

Kevin Finnerty was him name/ Finn is Meadows fiance

His asian doctor somewhat resembled the bald monks

Keen observations. I think the doctor and the monk are one and the same. I also think that those observations are typical of dreams which incorporate are waking experiences although in kind of a haphazard, unrelated manner.

But I still don't buy Tony's seeming quick recovery. Then again, it's a short production season.

I already pointed that out in the episode 3 thread. Very interesting choice name.

I love the lighthouse that is running at the end of the city. I love all the possible explainations for it. He always looks over and sees it. It could be God, it could be Carmela watching for him, it could be the light at the end of the tunnel that he is staying clear of. I loved that aspect.
