How is Christopher Tony's nephew? Who of Chris' parents related to Tony and how?
Where does it say that? I went over the first 3 seasons three times over and never found a reference except that he's a "nephew".

as far as i know its like this, Carmela's cousin was Chris's father, so Chris & Carm are cousins
Tony isnt related in blood to Chris at all i dont think, the reason he calls him nephew? i dont know
probably because its easier saying, "hey this is Chris my nephew" instead of "hey this is chris my wife's cousin's son"
Christopher's father, Richard Moltisanti, was Carmela's cousin. The reason Tony thinks Christopher as a blood relatiev is because Richard Moltisanti (or "Dickie) was a close member of Tony's crew before he died.
Tony met Carmela through relations with Richard.
