Today is THE Day!

Just got home with the Season 3 DVD ($75 at Wal-Mart), so I guess I'll be back here in about 13 hours. :rolleyes:

The 13 episodes are on four disks, boxed similarly to the first two seasons, and it has some bonus features (like behind-the-scenes stuff and commentaries by Michael Imperioli).

yes it is. I work part-time at Blockbuster. If they don't have it on the shelves yet ask for it, they might not have gotten it up yet. I was working till close last night so I got mine at midnight!!! And I got it for $63!! I love employee discounts.

I bought mine as soon as BestBuy opened. I paid 80 dollars for it but its totaly worth it.

I picked mine up this morning. Can't wait to get home to watch them.

Just picked mine up at Wal-Mart as well. Damn, it was $75 even after seeing it on the Wal-Mart site for like $65. Figured why wait, so picked it up anyway -- even though I still haven't finished re-watching Season 2 yet

I'm going to wait and get it this weekend, I should have a pretty big check coming.

It's like $67.99 (retail sans tax) at the Best Buys in Memphis. And here I sit at the crossroads: Got $79 to spend on either The Sopranos 3 or a long-awaited video game coming out tomorrow for the PS2, Onimusha 2. Jeez. Been waitin' on both for soooo long! Decisions, decisions! Well, one of 'em will be in my library before sundown tomorrow!

Just a favor guys! Some of us may not be able to see it right away, so for those who see it first, would you mind putting warnings on your posts if you are going to give away anything "major" from season 3. That way I will be sure not to read the post ok???? Please!! I for one would greatly appreciate it!!!! Thanks!!

TIS - You haven't seen Season 3 yet? HBO aired the whole thing twice over the past year...

Season 4 I can understand - that starts Sep 15th...

I don't have HBO. I have been renting season to season on video (No DVD either). I know someone with a DVD however, and will try to get it this weekend. Usually I find, I have to wait almost a year between seasons and boy that sucks.

oh man you don't have HBO, I feel for you. the Sopranos is the main reason I subscribe to HBO, well plus Inside the NFL.

Yea Iceman, I am considering getting HBO, but the Sopranos is the only reason why I would get it. It's so long between seasons, that I need to see each season twice to keep it fresh in my mind. I am going to try to rent it this week though. Wish me luck!!!!!

Alllriight! Dropped by after work and finally picked mine up today! Looks like a Sopranos marathon weekend at the 'Snake's Pit' this weekend! We'll meet back here after Labor Day and compare notes!

(BTW: I won a Sopranos prize pack from MY FAVORITE LOCAL RADIO STATION too. Had the music CD from season 1, a deck of Sopranos playin' cards, key chain, nice shirt [ a medium, though...had to give it to the ol' lady!], 'The Wire' cap, HBO picture frame, HBO tote bag, and a huge 'Sex & the City' mug with the logo on one side and 'Mr. Big' on the other! Pretty cool!)

The audio commentary by Michael Imperioli is great. I definitely recommend listening to it.

it looks like I'll have to wait on getting it, my employer messed(I could use another word but I won't ) up and didn't pay me doubletime for last sunday, hell they didn't pay me at all for last sunday.

So it's suppose to be on next weeks check.
