mike im GFII

Who's mikes body gaurd in GFII? The one who tries to kill Hyman Roth. I dont like him; he's a weirdo. And why does mike drive when he's in Florida; why not a bodyguard? Dont you think mike has more freedom to go places than vito and he doesn't seem as in control of the family.
