Wrong in what way? It just sounds to me like he's starting to get pissed off at Michael (which he is).

It does have a distinct inflextion on the word "talked", but I don't think there is anything unusual. Moe is just emphasizing a point.

He sounds a little arogent and pissed that Mike would even think about that, but he doesnt have a french accent or anything.Nothing too weird.
